Huesca beat Real Madrid in a 0-1 victory


Huesca earned its first victory on the season against Madrid.

Madrid prevailed 0-1 in their away fixture at El Alcoraz on Sunday. Huesca went into the game following a loss in their last match while the visitors had won theirs. Despite the defeat, Huesca remains leader, while Madrid are fourth.

The visitante team took the lead thanks to a goal by Bale in minute 8 and the first half ended 0 to 1.

There were no goals in the second half of the game and the score did not change, the match ended with the final 0 – 1.

The coaches from both sides employed all their substitutions. The home team, introduced Melero, Gürler and Longo for Aguilera, David Ferreiro and Chimy Ávila, while the visiting team substituted Ceballos, Modrić and Bale with Valverde, Isco and Asensio.

The referee for this match showed four yellow cards, Etxeita and Ínsua for Huesca and Carvajal and Ceballos for Real Madrid.

The next day, both teams will play in home. Huesca team do so against Villarreal, while Real Madrid will face Rayo Vallecano.
